All alcohol sales on licensed establishments in England and Wales must be permitted by a personal licence holder.

Our nationally recognized Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders (APLH) certification has been authorized and fully certified by the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation. This one-day training session is designed to satisfy regulatory requirements and covers important information on licence holders’ obligations, the duties of the designated premises supervisor (DPS), the function and powers of licensing authorities, and police in relation to licensed facilities.

Exam Requirements:

• You will be notified by email with how to download and set up your test application.
• You must have a PC/Laptop with Windows 10 or higher installed, or you may use an Apple Mac (OS 11.3), since phones, Chromebooks, and tablets will not function.
• You must have a functional microphone and webcam or you will not be able to take this exam.
• You must have at least one photo ID on hand, such as a driver’s licence, passport, etc.
• Must have a reliable internet connection (3 Mbps) for download and upload speed.
• This is a 1 hour multiple-choice question exam.
• You must earn 36/45 to pass this course.
