•  You will receive an email containing instructions on how to download and install the exam application.

• You will need a PC or Laptop with Windows 10 or higher, or an Apple Mac with OS 11.3. Please note that Phones, Chromebooks, and tablets will not be compatible.

• Ensure that your microphone and webcam are in good working condition as they are essential for the exam.

• Please have at least one photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport) available for verification purposes.

• A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 3 Mbps is necessary for both downloading and uploading.

• The exam comprises multiple-choice questions and has a duration of 1 hour.

• To successfully pass the exam, you must achieve a minimum score of 36 out of 45.
